The University of Connecticut is delighted that you are interested in applying for admission. Students' enthusiasm about attending UConn is surging, and the quality and diversity of each incoming class is growing dramatically.

UConn's application for admission is designed for domestic and international students. Individuals may use the application to apply for admission to our main campus in Storrs and our regional campuses.

Additional Application Information for Special Programs

Honors
Admission to the University’s Honors Program is by invitation only. Eligibility is traditionally based on class rank, secondary school records and SAT or ACT scores. More info

Medicine & Dental Medicine
Admission to the Special Program in Medicine and Dental Medicine is highly selective. About a dozen students are admitted each year. Participants must be entering University freshmen.

Students interested in applying to this program should submit their application for enrollment by Dec. 1. A supplemental application is also required. It should be received by Jan. 1. More info

Student Support Services
The SSS program provides mentoring, tutoring and academic counseling to students who are first in their family to pursue a four-year college education, or who meet socioeconomic guidelines established by the federal government. Eligibility is determined by high school grades, rank in class and SAT or ACT scores. More info
