Torrington Campus
An education from UConn’s Torrington campus is defined by frequent student-faculty interaction. Faculty members are teachers, advisors and mentors to our outstanding student population.
Students enrolled at the Torrington campus can complete select bachelor’s degree programs through the UConn Tri-Campus system, a program that combines course offerings at UConn’s Torrington, Greater Hartford and Waterbury locations. Current majors include urban and community studies, American studies, psychology, human development and family studies, and business and technology.
Students enrolled at the Torrington campus may also complete the first two years of study that are required for most of the more than 100 undergraduate academic majors that UConn offers. Later, when you have earned these core curriculum course credits, you can transition to the Storrs campus to complete your bachelor’s degree.
