Waterbury Campus

Students attending UConn’s Waterbury campus receive a quality education in a beautiful, newly-constructed campus in the heart of the city. You can sample an extensive range of course offerings, enjoy quality interaction with great professors and participate in research opportunities that will enrich your college experience.

Students may complete select bachelor’s degree programs at the Waterbury campus through a partnership with UConn’s Torrington and Greater Hartford campuses. Current majors include English, Urban and Community Studies, American Studies, Psychology, Human Development and Family Studies, and Business and Technology.

Students enrolled at the Waterbury campus may also complete the first two years of study (54 credits for most majors) that are required for most of the more than 100 undergraduate academic majors that UConn offers. Later, when you have earned these core curriculum course credits, you can transition to the Storrs campus to complete your bachelor’s degree.
