Early Decision*
Choosing to apply Early Decision signifies your unwavering commitment to UConn as your top-choice institution. Early Decision is a binding commitment, meaning that if admitted, you agree to enroll at UConn and withdraw any applications submitted to other colleges. Early Decision applicants will submit their completed application and all supporting materials by November 1. A completed Self-reported Student Academic Record (SRAR) will be required of Early Decision applicants and must be received by November 8. For more information visit our SRAR frequently asked questions.
Notifications of admission decisions will be released in mid-December. Early Decision applicants who are accepted to their first choice campus and major must accept their offer of admission no later than January 15. Early Decision applicants applying for financial aid will not receive an offer of aid until March 1.
