All application materials must be received by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions by the applicable deadline below.

*The School of Pharmacy requires transfer applicants to complete the PharmCAS application as its required supplemental application. In addition, application for admission through the UConn Application is also required by the April 1 deadline.  

**Requires a supplemental component to be submitted directly to the program that may have a different deadline than is listed above. Please check with the appropriate department to verify deadlines for supplemental materials. Additional information may also be found on the Transfer Requirements page.

***Stamford Applicants: Students interested in living in UConn's residential facility at UConn Stamford are advised to complete the admissions application no later than March 15 in order to receive a decision and apply for housing before the April 1 Stamford housing deadline.

The spring admission deadline is October 1* for all UConn campuses.  

*The Music program and the Art program require a supplemental component to be submitted directly to that department and may have a different deadline than is listed on this page. Please check with the appropriate department to verify the deadline for supplemental components.

The University does not accept spring applications for the following:

  • International students
  • College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources majors: Diagnostic Genetic Sciences, Dietetics, Exercise Science, Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Neag School of Education
  • School of Fine Arts majors: Acting, DMD
  • School of Nursing
  • School of Pharmacy
  • School of Social Work

Spring Semester October 1 4-6 weeks* Two weeks from the date on the decision letter

*Students will be notified approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the review period begins and all application materials have been received and verified by the admissions office.

**Admissions decisions made close to and after May 1 have an enrollment deposit deadline of two weeks from the date of the decision letter.
